Just released a new version of IRKeyboardEmu. No major changes, just compatibility fixes. Also managed to get the latest source code uploaded to Github. That is all.

Looking for an IRKeyboardEmu equivalent for ATV2G+. Trying to automate control of the ATV.
Any tips how to send the AppleTV remote control commands from an SSH session?

You've done great work... ANd I am feeling stupid asking. I am working on a project to turn my appletv (gen1) into a crestron controller by adding serial ports and a USB controlled relay controller to it. So currently everything is controlled via WIFI wnd serial communications except the APPLE TV. I have tried unsuccessfully loading the kext, recompiling the kxt for 10.4 . If I get you more detailes could you point me in the right direction ... 3.0.2 is the ATV version. The goal is to get rid of IR and hide everthing the irony is the box tht gives me the functionality doesn't do this. The ATV is emulating a Philips RFX9600 currently and is controlled by a philips tsu9400.

@drag0n: IRKeyboardEmu only works with intel i386/x86_64 procs and will not work with the apple tv 2g as it has an arm proc. If you want to simulate remote commands on an atv2g, you'll have to write a plugin that can inject the events into the AppleTV application.

Brandon... Just accidentally upgraded the ATV to 502...
I have done jailbreaks inmy sleep.. Hundreds. But can NOT get this one to go. iTunes errors 1600, 1602 and a couple others. Ive tried it on this go round 75 times. Cant get it. Got any advice?
